Travis A. Berger, Ph.D.
Founder & Managing Partner
Travis Berger is a recognized authority in developing leadership and management teams who deliver the right results, the right way. He founded Vide Consulting Group in 2012 to make research and research-based solutions available and accessible to organizations and practitioners. His current work focuses on helping organizations and executive teams create a common language around leadership.
Travis partners with clients to increase market value by aligning strategy, operational excellence, and leadership. Outputs include direction, alignment, and commitment and a unique leadership brand. The outcome is a culture of excellence that is driven by a team of high performers, people who deliver the right value, at the right level, given their role at the time. The impacts of his work translate into long-term superior organizational performance.
He currently serves as a professor of business and leadership at Alvernia University. His current research focuses on the pragmatic intersection of leadership and organizational strategy, leadership and power, servant leadership, strategic talent and performance management, and organizational high performers. His research has been published in academic journals and presented at international, national, regional, and state conferences.
Travis is a member of the International Leadership Association, Academy of Management, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, and Greater Reading Chamber Alliance.
Travis holds a PhD in Administration and Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in Education from Alvernia University, and a BA from Penn State University, University Park. He was awarded the 23rd Annual IUP Doctoral Fellowship at Indiana University of PA, received the Master’s in Education Award of Excellence at Alvernia University, and graduated with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from Penn State University. While at Penn State, he was tapped into the Skull & Bones Society, was a scholarship athlete on the PSU Men’s Soccer Team, and was part of history, winning the first Big Ten Championship for a men’s team at Penn State. He earned Big Ten First-Team and Academic All-American honors and served as captain his senior year.
He is married, has four sons, and enjoys sports, the outdoors, traveling, and new experiences.
Amber Stephenson, PhD, MPH
Consulting Partner
Areas of Expertise
Amber Stephenson is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Her areas of expertise are in leadership, organizational behavior, management, program evaluation, capacity building, and subtle gender bias. Her current research explores social identity and the willingness to lead, women leaders and subtle gender bias, and self-concept.
Amber has consulted with organizations from the public and nonprofit sectors and the healthcare industry. Her clients have gained the insights and tools required to increase organizational leadership capacity and to define strategy and strategic direction. The results of her work have translated into overall increases in organizational capacity to deliver value useful to customers and stakeholders.
Background
Amber currently serves as a business professor at the David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University where she teaches organizational behavior and organizational theory classes in the Healthcare MBA as well as leadership and organizational behavior in the management MBA. Her research has been published in top-tier journals such as Health Care Management Review, Journal of Health Organization and Management, Health Promotion Practice, Services Marketing Quarterly, International Journal of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Marketing, International Review on Public and Nonprofit Marketing, International Journal of Education Management, Higher Education, and Journal of Policy Research in Tourism, Leisure and Events.
Her efforts and contributions to the fields of leadership and management have been recognized, receiving the AcademyHealth Presidential Award, a nomination to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Leadership Conference for Women, and the 23rd Annual Doctoral Fellowship Award at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Amber is a frequent speaker who delivers dynamic keynotes, presentations, workshops, and symposium to industry groups, organizations, and community partners.
Amber has the tools, skills, and research that make an immediate positive impact for organizations. When she served as the Director and Senior Research Associate at Temple University’s Nonprofit Evaluation Services and Training program, she co-created the International Nonprofit Training and Leadership certificate program designed to develop leadership ability in our global business environment.
She is a member of the Academy of Management, AcademyHealth, and American College of Healthcare Executive and had previous affiliations with the International Leadership Association and Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action.
Amber holds a PhD in Administration and Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in Public Health from West Chester University, and a BS from Ursinus College. She resides in upstate NY with her husband and cat.
Don Gould, MBA

Don Gould is an independent business and information technology consultant who serves as a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Don is a recognized authority in aligning organizational technology investments with overall business strategy. His areas of expertise are ERP implementation, IT transformation, business intelligence, strategy, data analytics, and organizational leadership.
Background
Don has served in senior leadership roles with a variety of consumer product, retail, and e-commerce companies. He most recently served as the CIO at Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. where he led an IT transformation that resulted in a stabilized and secure infrastructure, optimized systems, and data-driven culture. As the Executive VP and CIO at Medifast, Inc., a publicly traded company, he drove IT and business strategies that improved client and customer experiences, resulting in growth and increased market value. His longest tenure was at Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. serving in different roles such as Director of Global Business Applications and Director of IT. As a valued executive, Don drove quantifiable business results through strategic investments in IT. He successfully managed extremely complex global ERP, POS, and CRM implementations by leading a team of IT professionals throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. His efforts translated into better customer experiences, increased sales, and improved business processes and efficiencies.
Don’s efforts at transforming how businesses partner with IT to drive organizational strategy, as well as his proven ability to lead complex global initiatives, earned him recognition as a Premier 100 IT leader by Computerworld Magazine. His efforts and expertise also make him an invaluable speaker at technology and leadership conferences.
Don holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a BS from Slippery Rock University. Don also attended Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business executive education program for leadership development and business leadership, is Agile certified through the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and holds an APICS certification.
Don is married to Stacy, a registered nurse, and together they have two adult children. For fun he enjoys hiking, running, mountain biking, and reading.
Christina Yoder, PhD, MBA

Christina Yoder is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Her areas of expertise are leadership, management, organizational development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic HR. Her current research interests include gender and leadership, women leaders in the banking industry, leading across generations, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, and training and development for strategic planning.
Christina has consulted with organizations from the private and nonprofit sectors to increase leadership and management capacity. She has delivered leadership and management training and is regarded as one of the premier executive coaches in the region. Her coaching clients have gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to add the right value, at the right level. The results of all of her work have translated into increased value delivered by organizations and their people.
Background
Christina currently serves as a management professor at the Richard J. Bolte Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in management, organization development, ethics, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to her role as management professor, she was a talent development manager in the banking industry. Christina was recognized as a visionary and transformational strategic partner who developed the workforce to drive business strategy. She relied on research-based practices to inform her organizational development initiatives, management and leadership development curriculums, and coaching programs. Her ability to align the workforce with the overall business strategy, including succession planning development initiatives for high potential employees, translated into an immediate competitive advantage.
Her efforts and contributions to the fields of leadership and management development have been recognized, receiving the Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence Woman to Watch Award in 2013 and the honor to serve as a Business Intelligence Board Member for the Chief Learning Officer Magazine from 2012-2016.
Christina is a member of the Academy of Management, International Leadership Association, Society of Human Resource Management, Association for Talent Development, and the FBLA-PBL Professional Division. She also serves on the board of the Chambersburg Community Theatre and is Chair for Penn State Mont Alto’s Development Committee.
Christina holds a PhD in Administration and Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Shippensburg University, and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing from Penn State University.
Joseph Ricci, MOL

Joe Ricci is a senior IT professional who serves as a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Joe is a recognized leader in master data management and data governance and is known for implementing data integration programs that transform data into usable knowledge to inform business strategy. His areas of expertise are IT change management, strategy, IT governance, data governance, data integration, master data management, and organizational leadership.
Joe has consulted with businesses in biotechnology, engineering, process manufacturing, and construction where he developed and designed systems critical for driving their overall strategy. He also managed IT projects involving the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval process. From systems consolidation to leading data governance and integration programs, Joe has saved millions of dollars in fees and development costs for his clients, while generating significant increases in market value. Joe has routinely transformed dysfunctional and disconnected IT departments into high-performing teams working cohesively to understand and support the overall business strategy.
Background
Joe served as the Director of Enterprise Information Systems at Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc., an international consolidated subsidiary of Miraca Holdings Inc. In his role, Joe developed Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives that supported the business strategy, while working with the Global Executive Management teams to integrate technical solutions to drive operational efficiency and productivity. Prior to Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc, Joe owned and operated his successful IT consulting company, Absolute Integration, Inc.
Joe holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership (MOL) from Alvernia University, a BS in Computer Science Software from West Chester University, and stays current with numerous licenses and certifications. Beyond this, Joe is passionate about soccer and youth empowerment. He has coached soccer at the high school and college level. In addition, he has held volunteer positions with US Youth Soccer and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Jodi Radosh, PHD

Jodi Radosh is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Her areas of expertise are strategic communications, media relations, health and medical communications, crisis communications, social media strategy, and media marketing. Her current research interests include digital marketing, multichannel integration, web analytics, as well as advanced social media strategies and tactics.
Jodi has consulted with organizations from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors and has consulted extensively in the healthcare industry. She has also consulted for high-profile individuals who frequently interact with the media, such as politicians, executives, and prominent physicians.
She has unique experience in health and medical communications. Jodi possesses intimate knowledge of effective media channels for healthcare consumers. She has collaborated with physicians to conduct research on healthcare issues and was awarded a grant to conduct a content analysis of media coverage focusing on updated breast cancer screening guidelines. Numerous physicians, nurses, and medical administrators have consulted her on how to successfully target their messages to the media.
Regardless of industry or sector, her clients have gained the insights, tools, and strategies needed to effectively tell their story. The results of her work have translated into overall increases in brand awareness, brand equity, market share, and positive customer and stakeholder experiences.
Background
Jodi is an award-winning teacher, scholar, author, and journalist who currently serves as a communications professor at Alvernia University. She is also the Associate Director for Real World Learning for the Holleran Center for Community and Global Engagement. Jodi co-wrote the video production textbook Shoot, Edit, Share - Video Production for Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations published by Routledge. She has delivered presentations and workshops at international, national, and state conferences. She stays active by co-hosting election night coverage and moderating local political debates on Berks Community Television (BCTV).
She has been recognized for her progressive research in media studies and journalism. She received a $100,000 grant from the Knight Foundation and Berks County Community Foundation to enhance citizen journalism on Berks Community Television (BCTV.org). Further, the Broadcast Educators Association (BEA) awarded her research on Defining Sensationalism in Local Television News.
Prior to her role as communications professor, she had extensive media experience and worked on-air at several television news stations throughout Pennsylvania. She founded, anchored, and produced “CNN Headline News Local Edition” on Blue Ridge Cable as well as co-hosted the magazine show “Around Your Town.” She was a weekend reporter at WGAL-TV Channel 8, the NBC affiliate in Lancaster/Harrisburg/York.
Jodi holds a PhD in Mass Media Communications and a master’s degree in Journalism, both from Temple University, and a BA in Communications and English from Rutgers University. She recently received a certification in Advanced Social Media Strategies and Tactics from Harvard Continuing Education and a mini MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University, which emphasized social media marketing, mobile marketing, video marketing, search engine optimization, gamification, multichannel integration, and web analytics. While at Rutgers University for her undergraduate degree, she was selected into the Cap and Skull Honor Society.

Keith Stamm, MS

Keith Stamm is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group whose passion is working with people and organizations to help them realize their full potential. His areas of expertise are learning and development, organizational development, leadership, performance coaching, team building, and strategic planning.
Keith has consulted with organizations and people from higher education, business, government, and nonprofit organizations. He has designed custom training and education programs, facilitated team building exercises, and conducted strategic planning sessions. As a certified MBTI practitioner, he delivers performance coaching sessions based on leadership type analysis and interpretation. The outcomes have been improved organizational performance and leadership, which translates into a unique leadership brand for organizations and increased value for customers and stakeholders.

Keith currently serves as the Director of Counseling & Advising, Disability Services, Career and Transfer Services at Harrisburg Area Community College, following a similar position as Director of Career Services at Reading Area Community College. In both of these roles he used his strengths to help others develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to add immediate value to organizations. Keith’s expertise, experiences, and teaching style made him a sought-after professor in Alvernia University’s Masters in Organizational Leadership program, where he taught leadership development and organization theory.
Regarded as a personable and dynamic communicator, Keith is a frequent speaker at programs, workshops, and seminars. He continues to make a positive difference in the lives of students, teaching courses at Harrisburg Area Community College. Keith is active in his community, serving on the Spring Township Parks and Recreation Board, serving as a mentor with Big Brothers and Sisters, and was a Global Village Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity International, serving in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Amy Diehl is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Her current research continues to explore and make meaning of the gender-based leadership barriers faced by women in leadership.

Her clients have gained the insights and tools that have enabled women leaders to navigate adversity in their personal and professional lives. Amy currently serves as Associate Vice President and Chief Information Technology Officer at Shippensburg Pennsylvania. Her research on gender and leadership has been published in top-tier journals such as Human Resource Development Quarterly, Journal of Leadership Studies, Gender in Management: An International Journal, and Advancing Women in Leadership. She has also written chapters for Women and Leadership in Higher Education, volume one in the International Leadership Association’s Women and Leadership book series, and the Handbook on Gender and Leadership.
Her contributions to field of leadership, specifically women and leadership, have been recognized through her frequent invited speeches, workshops, guest appearances, and presentations. Joe O’Neill is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group. Joe is a recognized authority in human
resources and specializes in driving corporate strategy through innovative compensation and benefits programs. His areas of expertise are compensation, benefits, total rewards, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, shared services, and strategic planning.
Background
Joe has successfully served in senior HR leadership roles with a variety of companies in the finance, engineering, and transportation industries. He most recently served as Global Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, Shared Services and Mergers and Acquisitions at Penske Truck Leasing, a global $7.5B transportation and logistics company. He was responsible for overseeing domestic and international compensation, benefits, shared services, and HR compliance programs and services. Joe delivered quantifiable business results that increased revenue and profit and attracted and retained valued employees. His teams designed and implemented executive compensation strategies that resulted in full executive retention and sales compensation strategies that materially increased annual sales to over $1.0B. He was the HR lead on over 20 successful domestic and international acquisitions and he effectively managed the Global Relocation and Expat program for Europe, China, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico. Joe also led the design and launch of the “home-grown” Shared Services Unit that now realizes 25,000 employee contacts annually. As a valued executive, Joe has effectively worked with Labor Relations to produce mutually favorable compensation and benefits programs for teamsters, UAW, and Machinists union employees.
Joe’s proven ability to drive organizational strategy through innovative HR initiatives, as well as his success in leading complex global programs, have earned him seats on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Benefits Advisory Committee and the Aetna/CVS Customer Cooperative Roundtable Executive Leadership Group, and board positions with the Home Health Care Management Company, the Salvation Army and their Human Relations Council. His efforts and expertise make him a frequent speaker at numerous national and international employee benefits forums.
Joe holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Kutztown University and a BA in Industrial Psychology from St. Francis College. He is a veteran, having proudly served our country in the United States Navy.
Joe resides in West Chester, PA with his wife Chris and daughters Kelsey and Shelby.
